EigenOS Quantum is a one-founder R&D company building the integration, qualification, and validation layer for heterogeneous quantum computing. We sit between the 10+ quantum hardware vendors and the end users who need to run, audit, and orchestrate quantum circuits across them.
The platform is a complementary integration system, not a competitor. We don't make qubits. We make the qubits you can already buy work better together.
The company is registered as a Sole Trader in Papua New Guinea (IPA Doc #22915860013, filed Oct 17 2026). The founder, Nicks Junior Seringian, is the only employee.

The founder
Nicks Junior Seringian is a software engineer and quantum systems researcher based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. He has spent the last six months designing, building, and patenting the EigenOS Quantum Suite — six product modules, seven architectural layers, and a TIGHT portfolio of 13 patent claims across 3 families.
The work is funded by personal capital, in-kind academic collaboration, and revenue from the first two product modules. The company does not have venture funding. It does not need it yet.
Nicks is the sole author of the strategy v2.3 PDF (127 pages, 908KB), the v0.3 BSaaS reference implementation, and the canonical EQL v0.1 draft. Every code commit, every patent claim, every product spec passes through his hands.
