EigenOS Quantum builds the orchestration layer for heterogeneous quantum computing. Its T5.4 Claims Audit applies nine fixed truth rules to a submitted performance claim and returns a signed, immutable verdict that names the evidence gaps rather than glossing over them. QORCH models photon transfer between sites, covering fidelity, latency, entanglement rate, link-loss budget and cost per logical operation. EigenOS Quantum is a vendor-neutral layer. It does not compete with the vendors it integrates; the commercial argument is that no vendor will provide the cross-vendor re-execution that an independent audit requires.
