STRATEGY

Engineering platform, patent portfolio, and the path to real cash

The canonical strategy brief is a 127-page document covering the six product modules, the seven-layer architecture, the TIGHT v3 patent portfolio, the CERN and White Rabbit co-development thesis, and the 24-month real-cash funding pipeline. This page is the short version.

Six product modules

One is live. Two are in beta. Three are on the roadmap. The distinction is stated plainly on every page of this site, because a vendor-neutral layer that oversells itself is the first thing a serious technical buyer checks.

BSaaSLIVEL5

Multi-vendor execution across 8 vendor backends under one measurement schema. The only module with a public demo endpoint today.

T5.4 Claims AuditBETAL7

Nine fixed truth rules scored against a submitted performance claim, returning a signed, immutable verdict.

QORCH Photon TransferBETAL3

Inter-vendor state-transfer model: fidelity, latency, entanglement rate, link-loss budget, QEC overhead, cost per logical operation.

QUOTAROADMAPL2

Per-shot resource ledger and error budgeting across vendors.

DiscoveryROADMAPL7

Meta-analysis and Pareto mining over execution history.

EQLROADMAPL5

The cross-layer intermediate representation. Compiler W1-2 shipped; W3-4 dimensional type checking is next.

Five-year revenue, mid scenario

USD, mid scenario. This is a model, not a forecast, and it is the model the funding pipeline in the next section is sized against.

The funding reality

Twenty-seven mechanisms are catalogued across five tiers. Ten of them are Category A — they produce real cash rather than credits. The difference matters: cloud credits and free hardware access are stepping stones, and they are treated as such. The objective is real money in a Kina Bank account.

The PNG payment stack is Paddle, PayPal and Payoneer. Every Category A path routes through one of those.

Mechanisms catalogued

27

Across 5 tiers, from open-source sponsorship to convertible notes.

Real-cash paths (Category A)

10

Product revenue, EU flagship sub-contracts, Eurostars, Innovate UK, TechBridge, advisory, vendor pilots, foundations, GitHub Sponsors, VC.

24-month real cash

$290K – $13.4M

The band if the portfolio converts as modelled.

Probability-weighted

$1.5M

24-month, after applying realistic conversion probabilities to each path.

Realistic band

$555K – $1.5M

Roughly PGK 2.4M – 6.5M at 1 USD = 4.31 PGK.

The next twelve weeks

Not a roadmap slide. These are the commitments, in order, with the reason each one is sequenced where it is.

Week 1–3

Bootstrap — business email aliases live, domain and SSL settled, first ten direct messages out

Week 4–5

First Test Runs — T5.4 audit request drafted, QORCH link budget published

Week 6

File MMQCR — P11 provisional at IP Australia, AUD $100

Week 7–8

Sole trader registered, first proof of concept signed, three continuations drafted

Week 11–12

Public GitHub organisation live with the EQL reference implementation, Origin Quantum pilot scoped

The long version

127 pages covering every module, layer, patent family, pilot, and funding mechanism — with the reasoning attached.
