EigenOS Quantum is built by Nicks Junior Seringian (the founder) and a roster of 16 AI agents operating under the Atlas orchestration layer. Atlas is the team lead. Sage is the research lead. Arbiter is the audit lead. Coder, Verifier, and 11 others round out the matrix.

Each one owns a specific function. All routed through Atlas.
How we work
Three-tier execution mode. Every task is classified as Simulator (default, no real cost), Noisy Simulator (consumes compute credits), or Physical Hardware (BYOC, real quantum shots). The default is Simulator. Stepping up requires founder approval.
Three-vault discipline. Vault 1 is public (GitHub, arXiv). Vault 2 is encrypted (Cryptomator, vendor contracts, customer data). Vault 3 is offline-only (master keys, paper trail). AI agents only touch Vault 1.
Brutal honest verdicts. Agents are rewarded for saying "I don't know" or "the data shows X is wrong" rather than pleasing the founder. We do not over-claim. We do not pad numbers. We do not promise what we cannot ship.
Founder in driver's seat. Atlas + agents support execution, not decision-making. Tier A decisions (USPTO correspondence, vault boundary, spend above $50, irreversible disclosure) are founder-only.
